Products Smart cabinet
The cabinet is made of stainless steel A4 (316) class. Cabinet measurements are 400x300x1300 mm.

The cabinet is functionally subdivided into horizontal segments:

• The lower segment in the height of 600 mm plumbing and faucets

• The middle segment in the height of 440 mm electricity connectors

• The final upper segment in the height of 300 mm key socket, keyboard and LCD, cabinet - lighting system

The first two segments are separated with a bulkhead, to prevent water penetration from the lower anterior area, which holds the entire plumbing.

Due to safety reasons, lower and middle segment (1040 mm) are equipped with a vertical bulkhead, which separates the posterior area, holding the entire electric installation, from the anterior area, holding the plumbing (lower segment) and user equipment (connectors, programmable key socket, keyboard and LCD).

The level of mechanical protection of the cabinet is IP56.

The entire cabinet, or its constituent segments, can additionally be panted through electrostatic spraying procedure accompanied by high temperature torrefaction, and all according to buyer’s preferences and requests.

Generally, the cabinet may contain:

• 2-4 1/2” or 3/4” faucets
• 4-6 connectors, of various types

The cabinet is fixed to a solid surface by 5 inox bolts. The cabinet is designed for water connection up to 3/4” and for low-voltage cable connection up to 70 mm2.

Programmable user key is contactless and doesn’t include a power supply.

Functional description:
The user of "smart" INOX-2/M cabinets has at his disposal a wide range of data and information.
- reservations
- user log-on
- rate and price definition
- access to energy and water consumption levels on each connector
- accommodation tax calculation
- ship berth scheme overview
- data base search on any of the database parameters
- day, weak, month or season occupancy overview

The basics of working with "smart" cabinets?

1. Guest and vessel data are obtained through the process of registration at the reception desk. Guest can have a berth reserved, or can opt for a free choice of berth and cabinet connection. Electricity and water consumption counters are calibrated to zero. Guest receives a key with registration data recorded on it. All the data recorded on the key are also stored at the reception desk computer.

2. The amount of safety deposit, which is also recorded on the key, is determined at the reception desk (loss or damage to the key).

3. Guest uses his key to “communicate” with the berth allocated cabinet. Using the LCD screen and 4 keyboard keys he opts for one of the 6 languages offered, water or/and electricity connection, etc.

4. Account of water or/and electricity consumption is available at all times, and can be displayed through the main menu option without using the key.

5. Since the key contains the data on the cabinet number and all the connectors, it is impossible to connect onto another cabinet without previously disconnecting from the first one.

6. To terminate using connectors on the cabinet, a guest has to insert the key into the lock on the cabinet, and chose the “disconnect” option. Current level of consumption of water or/and electricity is automatically recorded from the water/electricity counter onto the key.

7. It is impossible for one guest to use the connectors of another guest who isn’t occupying the marina premises at that given moment; since these connectors already are in active status, with current consumption already charged to the key, and the process of disconnection not yet being initiated.

8. A guest who wishes to relocate to another berth and cabinet, first has to disconnect from the previous cabinet (inserting the key and choosing the “disconnect” option), and then insert the key into another cabinet and then continue with the consumption, up to the amount of the lease recorded on the key.

9. When checking-out at the reception desk, guest returns the key which is then used to list all data on consumed water or/and electricity, numbers of cabinets where guest had been connected, and other data, on the reception desk computer. These data are integrated into other info on the guest, which enables issuing a bill with all the appropriate items and data.

If a guest has leased a marina berth for a period of the whole year, he can be issued a key with the yearly usage permit.

Cabinet can function autonomously, or can be networked into a LAN or radio network. In addition to cabinet, designed according to customer’s requests, we also deliver the software used to record the data onto a programmable contactless key and to display data on the amount and type of energy-generation products consumed at the particular cabinet. Working with this software requires a standard personal computer.

Software, which is installed onto the reception desk computer, can work autonomously, i.e. independent of the existing “basic” software generally used by the marina register desk; or can be integrated with the “basic” software, which would enable for all the data from our software to be automatically integrated into marina databases, for further processing in the accounting department and for other needs of the marina.

Users (marines, camps….) are offered, i.e. insured, a full package of services for the “smart” cabinet program:

- assistance in defining the needs of users and the project task
- drafting electrical infrastructure projects
- manufacturing cabinets, according to customer’s requests or project task
- setting-up the cabinets; software installation included
- training the staff in working with the smart cabinet system
- technical documentation
- cabinet and software maintenance

The cabinet is constructed according to IEC 60364-7-709 norm (Wiring in marinas and ships) or HRN HD 384.7.708.S1 norm (Wiring in camps and trailers).

We possess a compatibility certificate for the cabinet.

Our company has been in the possession of an ISO 9001 certificate since 2004..
